This Privacy Policy explains how WealthLogix, Inc. ("WealthLogix," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects information about you when you visit our websites (including wealthlogix.com and wealthlogix.net), use our web-based presentation software and related services (the "Services"), register for our webinars or demos, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message.
By using our Services or providing us your information, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
Information you provide to us
Account & contact details -- name, business name, email address, mailing address, phone/mobile number, and login credentials when you create an account, request a demo, register for a webinar, or contact us.
Professional details -- your role (e.g., insurance producer, financial advisor, IMO/BGA/carrier affiliation) and related business information you choose to share.
Content you enter into the Services -- illustration files, scenarios, client-facing presentation inputs, and other data you upload or generate (e.g., uploaded PDF illustrations, CSV/Excel/Sheets data).
Billing information -- subscription plan and payment details, which are processed by our third-party payment processor (we do not store full card numbers on our own systems).
Communications -- the content of messages you send us and your support requests.
Information collected automatically
Device & usage data -- IP address, browser type, device identifiers, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with our sites and app.
Cookies and similar technologies -- see Section 5.
A note about client data. When you use WealthLogix to build presentations, you may enter information about your own clients or prospects. You are responsible for having the right to input that information, and you act as the controller of that data. We process it solely to provide the Services to you.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Services;
Create and manage your account and process subscriptions and payments;
Respond to your inquiries and provide email, phone, and text support;
Send you administrative and transactional messages (e.g., demo confirmations, account and billing notices, security alerts);
Send you marketing communications about products, features, webinars, and offers, where permitted (you may opt out at any time);
Register you for and deliver webinars and demos you request;
Analyze usage to understand and improve performance and user experience;
Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, and technical issues; and
Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
3. SMS / Text Messaging & Mobile Data
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages, WealthLogix may send you SMS/text messages for the purposes below. This section describes our messaging practices and your choices. Additional program terms appear in our Terms of Use.
Types of messages
Transactional / account messages -- demo and webinar confirmations and reminders, account and billing notices, support responses, and security-related alerts.
Marketing / promotional messages -- information about products, features, webinars, events, and special offers, sent only where you have opted in.
Consent
We send text messages only to individuals who have opted in -- for example, by submitting a form, checking an SMS consent box, registering for a webinar, or otherwise providing your number and agreeing to be contacted by text. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opting out and getting help
You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and will not send further texts unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or contact us at hello@wealthlogix.com or 385.374.9100. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile information. No mobile information (including phone numbers and SMS consent) will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for marketing. We share mobile information only with service providers (such as our messaging platform) strictly as needed to deliver the messaging service you requested, and as required by law. This exclusion does not apply to service providers acting on our behalf to operate the SMS program.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:
Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us, such as hosting, analytics, messaging/CRM (e.g., GoHighLevel), scheduling (e.g., Calendly), webinar delivery (e.g., Zoom), website/landing-page hosting (e.g., Leadpages), email delivery, and payment processing. These providers may use the information only to perform services for us.
Legal & safety. We may disclose information to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WealthLogix, our users, or others.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
With your direction. We share information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
As stated in Section 3, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are excluded from any sharing for third-party marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We and our providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our sites, remember preferences, measure traffic, and understand how our sites and app are used. Our marketing sites and landing pages may include analytics and advertising pixels (for example, Leadpages analytics and social advertising pixels). You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect site functionality.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain your account, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@wealthlogix.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
Marketing email. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email.
Text messages. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS at any time (see Section 3).
Cookies. Adjust your browser settings to limit cookies.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-Party Links & Services
Our sites and communications may link to third-party websites and services (for example, scheduling, webinar, or partner pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties. We encourage you to review their privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
